We will accommodate as best we can for delivery time frame. This will allow you to have an stress-free stay.

Please make sure the lot can accommodate 36 feet for the travel trailer. Full hookup is recommended for the best camping experience. Any stay over 3 days is required for a full hook up. The outdoor kitchen contains a sink, counter, storage, mini fridge and grill. This unit is not permitted for festivals, concerts, or rustic camping.

Delivery fee- First 35 miles are a flat $150 everything after is $4.25 per mile. This must be paid at time of delivery. Call us for your quote.

Prep fee- We ensure the sanitation and cleanliness of your rental space. This includes sanitizing, filling, and emptying tanks not equipped with full hookup. $150

Portable RV Waste Tank- Select this add on at check out if your site is not equipped with full hookup and: you would like to extend your stay at your campsite without worrying about filing up the onboard holding tanks quickly. $35

Security Deposit notice: funds released within 3 days after stay is complete
