Rental Agreement

  1. Security Deposit: A $500 damage/security deposit is required for each camping trailer rental and is due prior to the rental period start date. The security deposit covers the cost if there are missing or damaged items inside or damages to the outside of the trailer during the stay. If necessary, additional costs associated with the missing or damaged items inside or outside the rental unit may be charged to the payment method we have on file. The damage deposit will be released within three business days after the return of the camper.
  2. Payment and Cancellations: The rental price will be paid in full at the time of booking. You may cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your stay for a full refund, less a $50 booking fee. Cancellations must be done by phone. We do not give refunds due to the discomforts of nature, illness, work schedules, or early departures. No shows will result in full forfeiture of funds. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival forfeit all monies.
  3. Campground Reservations: We are not responsible for campground reservations. All campground reservations must be made separately with the campgroundā€™s reservation agency. All campground and campsite fees are separate from and in addition to rental price and fees under this agreement. No refunds will be given for campsite reservation errors. Confirmation that the campsite reservation will fit the size of the unit and is in a 30-amp lot.
  4. Delivery times are generally between 2:00 and 5:00pm daily. If you would like to request a time outside of our normal, please contact us. Renter must be present upon delivery.
  5. Delivery/Set up/Pick up We offer delivery and will set up the trailer at the campground location on the rental period start date and we will pick up the trailer upon completion of your rental period. At the time of delivery, we will provide you with an orientation to show you the safe and proper use of the trailer and its features. All adults staying in the unit are required to participate. Please allow sufficient time for this. A pickup time will be scheduled at the time delivery is made. The camper must be picked up on the date and time specified in the agreement.
  6. Smoking Policy There is a NO smoking policy in our rental units. If the rental unit is returned with any type of smoke odor, it will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit plus any additional charges incurred during cleaning and repair.
  7. Pet Policy There is a NO pet policy for all our rental units. If evidence of pets is found in the camper, the renter forfeits the damage deposit and will be responsible for additional charges incurred in cleaning and repair.
  8. Clean up fee All units will be delivered fully cleaned. There will be a cleaning fee of $75 or more assessed if camper is not returned in the same clean condition as when it arrived. (Cleaning instructions: Wipe down all counters, cook top, table, refrigerator, toilet, and sinks. Sweep floor. Wash all your used kitchenware including pots, pans, and dishes. Empty garbage.)
  9. Hold Harmless Ferris RV does not assume liability for loss, damage, or injury to persons or their personal property, neither do we accept liability for any inconvenience arising from temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, electricity, or plumbing. Owner will not accept liability for any loss or damage caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond our control.

I have read and understand the terms and conditions of this agreement. I understand that all other materials I am given during the rental are part of this contract. I understand that I am responsible for returning the camper to the same condition as it was received at the date and time of the start of the rental. In the event that I violate any of these terms and conditions, I understand that my security deposit will be forfeited. I also understand that the information stated on this reservation is correct.
